Cantor Gaming to Purchase Kismet Group

Cantor G&W International (Cantor Gaming), a UK-based provider of online and mobile gaming services has announced the purchase of online gaming group, Kismet�s key assets.

The Kismet Group, headed by founder Manu Gambhir, develops and manages high-end branded online casinos using its own advanced technology. Kismet has carried out affinity agreements with partners including luxury brands such as Harrods, to provide tailor-made online gaming solutions.

With over 40 casino games under its umbrella, Kismet will maintain its current successful role as developer of gaming content as part of Cantor Gaming with Gambhir taking on the role of Managing Director.

The purchase of Kismet has added to a host of lucrative agreements signed by Cantor Gaming over the last year including one with the Las Vegas Sands Corporation, to provide online casino and poker solutions for the UK market and mobile gaming solutions for its Venetian and Palazzo resorts in Nevada.
