Paddy Power Announces Liverpool FC Legends Poker Event

Irish bookmakers and online poker firm paddypowerpoker.com are offering Liverpool fans the chance to play against three Anfield legends in its grand final on Wednesday February 28 at the River Club in Liverpool.

Online qualifiers will battle it out with stars of the Liverpool team of the 1980s Ian Rush, Jan Molby and John Aldridge for a seat in the PaddyPower Irish Open.

Satellite tournaments will take place online over 3 Sundays in February. The dates are set as: Sunday 4th, Sunday 11th, and Sunday 18th of February.

The Irish Poker Open, to be held over Easter weekend 2007 is Europe's oldest and largest poker tournament with a guaranteed �2 million prize fund.
