Ladies� Night

The first Ultimate Women's Poker Challenge is scheduled for February 9 & 10, 2007 at Binion's Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Sponsored by Woman Poker Player Magazine, The Ultimate Poker Challenge (UPC) is America's number one syndicated poker show.

�This is an excellent opportunity for women to come out and make a name for themselves in poker,� said Maryann Morrison, Publisher of Woman Poker Player Magazine. �This is the only poker event for women that is broadcast across the nation over the past year. Women are growing in the poker field in great numbers and I expect some tough competition in the field.�

The $200-entry main tournament starts on Friday, February 9 and will run until the final table has been established. The final table will commence on Saturday, February 10 at 4 p.m. Like all UPC tournaments, the final table of the Ultimate Women's Poker Challenge will be televised.

Morrison said, �I hope that as many women as possible will come out to show support for the growth of women's poker, and for this unique opportunity presented by the Ultimate Poker Challenge, for a woman to make a name for themselves in poker.�
