32RED Appoint new Directors

London listed online casino, poker room and sportsbook group 32 Red plc has announced the appointment of Martin Saunders and Jonathan Hale to its board of directors as Trading Director and Group Finance Director respectively.

Saunders will take responsibility for online sportsbook trading both for the 32Red sportsbook and for UK bookmaker BetDirect for which he will undertake a review of pricing and liability management strategy. Saunders has previously held the position of director at Ladbrokes International Limited (Gibraltar) and Match-Ups Limited (Gibraltar).

The responsibilities of Group Finance Director were given to Jonathan Edward Hale on December 1, when he assumed control of duties from predecessor Simon Dimmer who returned to the UK in October.

Hale was previously Chief Operating Officer, Finance Director, and Company Secretary of Alan Brazil Leisure plc, an operator of a horse racing club with hospitality and gaming, from March 2005 to November 2006. Prior to that, he was Finance Director of the Sports Caf� Group Ltd for 4 years, overseeing significant growth in the group�s portfolio and its admission to the AIM in December 2001.
