Everest says "the more the merrier" in May

Everest Poker will offer players tokens and free entries to tournaments when they refer a friend to the website throughout the month of May.

Poker fans who refer three other poker pals can pick up a Gold Token, which will give them access to any tournament with a $100+9 buy-in. Anyone who brings eight buddies onboard will win a free entry into the Avalanche Round 3 tournament, which would normally cost $560.

In addition, gamers will get a $50 bonus credited to their account for each friend they refer in May.

"We wanted to make May a month to remember for our dedicated players who refer their friends to us," said Jonathan May, Everest Poker property manager. "By offering an incentive like this, we're giving them the opportunity to enter one of our poker tournaments for free and potentially walk away with a huge prize."

"Potentially, a player could refer eight friends to Everest Poker and find themselves at the final live table playing for a million dollars," he added.

May was referring to the Avalanche tournament, which will run for nine months and offers a guaranteed $1,000,000 for the overall winner.
