Rapping dealer wins WSOP event

A croupier from Las Vegas has become the latest worker to win a bracelet at the Casino Employees Poker World Championship at the World Series of Poker.

The $104,701 that Eric Narciso managed to bank could help the 24-year-old out if his dream of a career in rap does not come off.

While holding down a day job at the Orleans Casino as Eric Narciso, on the side the dealer becomes rap hopeful QuietLike and he has already recorded an album.

After a 14 hour competition that saw 1,038 entries and a $467,500 prize pool, Narciso beat Charles Fisher in the Heads Up, leaving the Texas man $66,392 in winnings.

It was the second-largest Casino Employees Poker World Championship ever, with the number of entries only beaten in 2006.

Narcisco entered the tournament via a $90 satellite game held by employees of Boyd Gaming and managed to greatly better his performance at the main event, at which he placed 27th last year.
