100 hands decides WSOP event 27

David Stucke has won $603,069, a gold World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet, a Corum watch and the honour of triumphing in the 27th event at the 2007 WSOP tournament.

He entered the Heads Up with the clear advantage of $5,610,000 worth of chips to opponent Young Cho's $1,335,000.

When on the 101st hand, Young Cho had the button and moved all in with J-3, Stucke called with pocket sevens. The board offered Cho no way out and he was relegated into second place, taking home $382,357 of prize money.

Although the chip leader at the start of the final table, Seth Weinger had to settled for third and $246,478. His downfall looked initially like it would be caused by aggressive play from Young Cho while Weinger complained about not picking up hands. But ist was Stucke's flush that eventually took him out.

Meanwhile, Michael Ium was eliminated in fourth place, cashing in $164,319 for his part in the play.

The $1,500 buy-in no-limit Hold'em game saw no known poker faces and two players were out after just three hands.
