Four Online Casinos to Exit US Market

Four Microgaming-powered casinos will stop accepting US betting custom from today (June 1), according to letters emailed to affiliates from the casinos. Roxy Palace, Casino Splendido, Roxy Poker and Dream Poker publicised their decisions this week.

‘The contribution of bets from US players currently comprises an insignificant amount to the group and most affiliates have low exposure to that market,’ the Roxy Palace letter said.

The Roxy Palace message stated that the casino and its sister Web sites have a strong market presence in non-US foreign language and English speaking markets. Languages currently available at Roxy are English, French, German, and Dutch.

Other languages are currently in the pipeline in the months after the company’s move away from the US, the Roxy Palace email confirmed.
