Poker's Float on Berlin Stock Exchange

LegalPlay, operators of Skillpoker.com, one of the few poker sites permitted to operate on North American soil, has announced the next phase of its European expansion in the form of flotation on the Berlin Stock Exchange. LegalPlay announced today that its shares have been accepted for trading with immediate effect

Mr. Mark Glusing, President of LegalPlay Entertainment Inc. stated, 'The Berlin Stock Exchange listing provides an opportunity for LegalPlay Entertainment Inc. to enhance investor awareness about the Company in the European financial marketplace. LegalPlay, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Skill Poker.com Inc., owns the patent pending SkillPoker technology which enables online skill-based poker and thus by-passes North American disapproval of online games of chance.
