LegalPlay goes Deutsche

LegalPlay Entertainment, the operator of SkillPoker.com and DailyHorse.com. has announced that the Company�s common shares have been accepted for trading on the Berlin Stock Exchange (BSE) in Germany this week.

Trading under the symbol LPLE, the application for trading was submitted by Berliner Freiverkehr (Aktien) AG of Berlin and upon acceptance by the Berlin Stock Exchange, the LegalPlay Entertainment.

BSE currently has more than 10,000 different securities listed, representing companies from 60 countries and offers trading in all NASDAQ listed companies to the European financial community.

'The BSE listing provides us an opportunity to enhance investor awareness about the Company in the European financial market place. We are pleased that we have been accepted by the Exchange and look forward to boosting our profile in Europe,� said Mark Glusing, President of LegalPlay Entertainment.

Glusing adds that the listing will provide lower transaction costs, streamlined trading procedures and a more convenient time zone with respect to European investors

interested in the Company�s securities.
