Friday 5th March 2004 The 2 Million Dollar Basketball Betting Bonanza

The first, called the ‘Pre-Tourney Picks’ contest or ‘PTP’, will award $1,000,000 to anyone who correctly predicts the top seven seeds in each region, as well as the region they will be placed, at least one week before the teams and seeds are announced.
The second, dubbed ‘Global Madness Ladder’ is being sold as the ‘the world's biggest and best global basketball pool’ and will offer another million to anyone who can predict the winner of each and every game of this year's championship tournament before the first round begins.
‘We wanted to offer something new this year and that's how the PTP contest was born. As far as we can tell, this is the first and only contest of its kind, ’said Johnny Jordane, Director of Promotions at Peak Entertainment.
