Mallorca/London, 18 July, 2007 – GX, the poker, betting and lifestyle magazine and 3D Poker room PKR.com have teamed up to present a remarkable and historic event. Sitting high above the rooftops, on the top floor of the Cologne Triangle, poker players and enthusiasts will have the chance to participate in what organiser’s hope will be to be Germany’s largest and most glamorous poker tournament.
Poker players used to playing in musty cellar rooms and cheap bars will thrive in the unique environment and spectacular views offered by Poker in the Sky. This Guinness Book of Records attempt to attain the highest number of players in a single day event will be held on Sunday, 22nd July 2007, and features a unique structure. Starting at 10 am and running until 8pm players will play tournaments to qualify for 200 spots in the Main Event. That will start directly after, and will end with the first ever Poker In The Sky Champion.
