AngelCiti.com gets dual listed on Frankfurt Stock Exchange

AngelCiti.com's wholly owned subsidiary Worldwide Management which provides gambling software to online casinos such as SharkCasino.com, SharkPoker.com and TheHouseWins.com has disclosed plans that the shares of the Company are now trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol 'AKI'.

The brokerage firm of Berliner Freiverkehr is handling the listing said the online operator. Getting listed on the German stock exchange was a part of the company's strategy to expand its investor base, increases liquidity and expand as an international company. AngelCiti also disclosed that the management is also considering a name change to AngelCiti Entertainment International.

'We have been developing an international footprint in the growth of the company and this is just a further step in expanding AngelCiti's international presence,' says AngelCiti president George Gutierrez.
