Three world records broken at WSOPE

Annette Obrestad has shattered three records when she took the title of champion at the inaugural World Series of Poker (WSOP) Europe's Main Event.

The 18-year-old Norwegian not only became the youngest player to win a WSOP bracelet but also broke two records held by poker legend Annie Duke.

When she picked up the £1 million first prize, she passed Annie Duke's record for the woman with the most money won in WSOP events and also the record for the biggest single cash prize won by a woman in a poker tournament.

On the way to her victory she knocked out two Norwegians, two Swedes, three British players, one Dane and one American, despite coming to the final day in fifth place.

After a stunning heads-up, John Tabatabai had to settle for second place.
