Bodoglife.com’s Big Winner

Leading Internet poker site Bodoglife.com announced that Scott ‘SCTrojans’ Freeman won its $100,000 Guaranteed online tournament on Sunday after outlasting a field of 782 other players to take home the top prize of $25,000.

The Antigua-based site said that the final table included one of the top online poker professionals in the world, a player who has been on a roll recently, a previous winner of the tournament and an international online poker phenomenon.

Freeman has been trying to make the transition from the virtual to the live game and recently finished 19th in the 2007 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event in Las Vegas taking away $333,490. However, online poker is where he still makes his living with over one million dollars in career winnings to date.

Team Bodog member Matt ‘thatsNice’ Larsh, finished in second spot and took home $14,300 while ‘Trakrunner03’ received $9,200 for a third place finish. The site said that fourth-place finisher and Bodog regular ‘ImTheJackal’ is no stranger to a final table having finished third early in the summer and winning outright just a couple of months ago. He took home $6,900 while in fifth place was a member of Bodog's own ‘Panamanian Posse’, and ‘Ramux’, who walked away with $5,500.

Bodog's $100K Guaranteed weekly tournament is just one of more than 80 tournaments the online poker site hosts daily including a new $50,000 Guaranteed tournament.
