Online Charitable Bingo Site Launches

Multi-media entertainment company Gaming Ventures has announced the launch of the first and only online bingo site for charities in the UK, BigHeartBingo.co.uk.

BigHeartBingo has been established to provide the best in online bingo entertainment while also raising money for deserving charities. The new site will donate some of its revenue to charities and clubs and also offer the potential for charitable organizations, sports and social clubs to raise cash from supporters when they play at the site.

In addition to bingo, there is set to be slots, high-low and video poker alongside blackjack, scratch cards and roulette. There will even be opportunity to bet on horse races via a mobile telephone through sister company Shouting Duck Casino. Players who visit the BigHeartBingo website and click on the mobile games banner will see a drop-down window appear requesting that they insert their mobile number and pin. Once they’ve pressed the ‘submit’ button, a WAP push sends the casino games link direct to their mobile phone.

The Dorset-based company said that online bingo is set to expand in the months ahead due to the introduction of a smoking ban across the UK. It said that this has been the case in other locales where similar bans have been introduced and it is always looking for new charities and good causes to support that are looking to take advantage of the increased interest in online bingo.

BigHeartBingo said that it provides a different kind of service as, where bingo halls and online bingo sites operate to make money for operators and shareholders, it operates in partnership with charities and clubs and shares revenues all over the UK.
