New Live Support for Online Backgammon Masters

Online backgammon site BackgammonMasters.com has announced that its All-In-One Game Lobby has launched a live customer support feature after seeing an increase in player traffic.

Using this software, members of BackgammonMasters.com are now able to gain access to a customer support representative with answers to their questions by simply clicking a button in the Lobby. Customers may also choose to answer some brief questions to isolate their dilemma before being directed to the appropriate support person.

The company stated that the live customer support feature offers answers in English but will gradually be expanded to include other languages and help the company build strong and loyal relationships with their customers, the top priority. The firm said that it seeks to make communication easy and wants the live customer support feature to be helpful and enjoyable.

It stated that its traffic increased due to the availability of software in twelve languages along with the launch of its real-money 21 BlackJack game on the Game Lobby in addition to real-money Backgammon, Backgammon Tournaments, poker and the world’s first online Perudo game, Liar’s Dice.
