Loyalty Repaid as Poker Player Earns Porsche

Online poker site PokerStars.com announced that one lucky player accumulated enough Frequent Player Points to trade in for a new Porsche.

Twenty-one-year-old American player ‘DDBeast’ swapped three million Frequent Player Points (FPP) for the car, which was purchased from the site’s FPP store.

The player stated that they had started playing at PokerStars.com at the age of 18 and began to participate semi-professionally after only eight months. This turned into full-time play following their graduation from university with the player taking part in eight to twelve sit-and-gos at once along with the occasional multi-table tournament.

To take advantage of the online poker site’s store, a player must earn at least 100,000 points during one year to become a Supernova player. ‘DDBeast’ finished the year in the Supernova Elite group, which requires at least one million points.

The automobile is one of the more pricey items in the store, which also includes things such as a concierge service or a $1,500 VIP Reward Bonus. However, at the extreme end of the scale, players may purchase an Aston Martin V8 Vantage for five million points.
