Lessons with Hellmuth and Duke at UltimateBet to be Won

In an announcement made by George MacLean, UltimateBet will awarding exclusive lessons with Phil ‘The Poker Brat’ Hellmuth and Annie Duke to the winners of the site’s Online Championship.

'UBOC is all about playing like a pro and winning like a champion,' stated UltimateBet spokesperson George MacLean. 'By adding lessons with these legendary poker professional to the mix, we're elevating the $2-million series to an exciting new level.'

The second annual UltimateBet.com Online Championship begins on the 7th December with a $100,000 guaranteed Texas Hold’em tournament. The series will last a total of ten days and consists of 13 events. The collective prize pool across the tournaments is predicted to be $2,000,000.

Hellmuth and Duke will be playing in several of the events throughout the series, with any player who knocks them out of a tournament being the recipient of a 20-minute poker tutorial from that pro.

The series concludes with a $1000+$50 No Limit Hold’em tournament which has a $750,000 prize pool. As well as the predicted $2m prize pools across the events, UltimateBet are also including a $100,000 Leaderboard competition which will reward the series’ most consistent performer.
