Party Poker Late Night Poker Heats Drawn

Late Night Poker returned to British television screens last week with a celebrity special. Now it is time for the real action to begin, with some of Europe and America’s biggest players descending on the Cardiff studios.

Tournament sponsors PartyPoker have released the line up for the preliminary heats, and with such a mix of old school guests and up and coming talent, there were sure to be some tough tables. The one which really catches the eye is Heat 3, which will see some big names fall at the first hurdle.

Marcel Luske, Surinder Sunar, Robert Williamson III, Jon Kalmar and Annette Obrestad are going to lock horns in a wide-open heat. All of these players can be aggressive, most notably Obrestad, so it will be interesting to see who imposes their will on the table most effectively.

Another heat which might over in quick time is heat number six. Paul Jackson, Praz Bansi, Andy Black and Ram Vaswani will duke it out, and this is another which features players who are keen to get chips early. It should prove to be an explosive heat.
