Online Poker Network In Trouble

According to numerous reports from members of Dynamic Gaming Systems (DGS), the troubled poker network has ceased payouts with many operators looking for new homes with the reportedly fast-growing Merge Poker and Dobrosoft's Gold Chip networks.

In addition, operators claim that a lack of recent communication with DGS has forced them into paying money owed to winners out of their own pockets.

A press release out last week from Costa Rica-based DGS announced that an agreement for the 'transfer of its network' had been reached with Cintaly Holding Corporation based in the British Virgin Islands. It stated then that its network would be back in operation within 72 hours of the transaction being completed but did not divulge any specific dates.

The announcement stated that Cintaly executives were ‘excited by the opportunity to take over one of the finest poker software networks online today’ but made no mention of serious allegations being levelled against the network by operators, affiliates and players.

However, the release did claim ‘it is our understanding Cintaly Holding Corporation intends to honour all verified existing player balances and licensee agreements’ after first getting ‘all remaining players and licensees back operational as fast as possible’.

Online poker site G2Gpoker.com announced that it has left DGS and joined Merge along with LuckyHog.net. Other Merge poker sites include CarbonPoker.com, Poker.com, IronDuke.com and PokerNordica.com.
