The Full Tilt Online Poker Series is a well supported online festival, with many of the poker community keen to see the brightest new stars emerge. Full Tilt certainly cultivate excellence - just take a look at their line up professionals, with Ivey, Lederer, Ferguson, Juanda and Harman just a few from a very tough bunch. Event 9 saw one of the team, Erick Lindgren, be the first big name to take down one of the events in this series.
Those who watched the final table of the $1 million-guaranteed event on Full Tilt surely couldn’t believe their eyes when Lindgren took his seat, having scythed his way through a field of 5,636 to make the last ten. His victory was all the more surreal for those in attendance who by now are more accustomed to the ‘big’ players falling a little short of the win.
