CAP Euro London Celebrates Success

Organisers of the Casino Affiliate Programs (CAP) Euro London iGaming event have announced that the four-day affair was the biggest to date with over 1,000 visitors, 45 exhibitors and 16 speakers.

Online gambling trade publication iGaming Business and Internet affiliate resource CasinoAffiliatePrograms.com designed CAP Euro London to connect some of the top minds in the Internet gaming industry through intense networking and education. The event took place after the International Casino Exhibition (ICE) from January 24 to 27 at the Olympia Conference Centre in London and saw affiliates make up 65 percent of the overall turnout.

The event featured world-class speakers and panel sessions including a talk by marketing expert Neil Patel on social networking and Web 2.0. There was also a panel featuring Unibet’s Chief Executive Officer, Petter Nylander, who was controversially arrested last year for breaching a French monopoly law dating back to 1836. Finally, Brent Hoberman, who has built LastMinute.com into a fortress of success, gave the keynote address.

Away from the conferences, the exhibition area represented a cyber-city of online gambling with music, cocktail bars and a Ferrari courtesy of AffiliateSpeedPay.com alongside the latest from household names including Ladbrokes, Everest Poker, Virgin Games, Chipleader and the event’s two key sponsors, Partygaming and Partnerlogic.

Away from the venue, HollywoodPoker.com hosted the opening night’s party at well-known celebrity haunt Cafe de Paris while RushmoreCasino.com chose Soho’s exclusive Floridita club for the closing Saturday party. The events featured signature cocktails, go-go dancers and a double shot of delegate deviousness. The jewel in the crown was the CAP Awards, which took place at Chelsea Football Club’s Stamford Bridge ground in front of over 500 people on the second day of the show. Guests, exhibitors and staff were also invited to a live poker tournament on Sunday with Crystal Systems Solutions at the traditional Champagne Charlie’s pub.
