Three Is The Magic Number for The Master

Men ‘The Master’ Nguyen has really come into form of late. With a final table at the WPT Tunica followed by another deep run at the WPT Borgata, his attentions have now turned to Los Angeles. Not satisfied at being the only player to win more than one event at the L.A Poker Classic, he’s added a third to his brace of wins.

Nguyen won Event 20, a $2,500 buy in tournament which attracted 52 runners, netting him a $43,000 payday. His other two wins were in a $300 Seven Card Stud Eight-or-Better tournament, and a $1,500 No Limit Hold’em event. The winnings for both tournaments came to around $97,000.

Having also won a preliminary at the World Poker Open in Tunica for $51,300, Nguyen made it four outright wins in the last calendar month. Top work, Master!
