Win Win Gaming expand wireless branch of company



Win Win Gaming Inc, the lottery and gaming operations company has revealed that it has made an agreement with Shanghai VSAT Network Systems Co Ltd. This agreement will result in Win Win providing games and other entertainments to the China Welfare Lottery, for use on mobile phones and other wireless devices.

Win Win develops and operates lotteries, casinos and Internet lottery and gaming sites throughout the world, either directly or through joint ventures. Shanghai VSAT Co. Ltd is one of the largest satellite communication system providers based in Shanghai. They have an exclusive arrangement with the China Welfare Lottery for providing the games and technology they will be to Shanghai Welfare-Based lottery. This creates a potentially lucrative move for Win Win, as the population of Shanghai is 18 million. Win Win have been progressively expanding into the wireless arena.

To aid this whole development within the company, Gregory De Witt, formerly of Sharp Electrons, Epson Electronics and America and ISR Global Telecom has been hired as the company’s new chief technology officer. CEO of Win Win, Patrick Rogers said the following concerning both the personnel addition and the new move into China: 'Given his proven track record in the areas of technology and systems integration, we believe the hiring of Greg at this juncture in the company's history is extremely timely. We are confident that he will prove invaluable in our efforts to expand into the wireless entertainment environment in China, one of the largest wireless markets in the world.'

'Our agreement with VSAT gives us the advantage in the integration of gaming and entertainment content into new technology platforms in China's rapidly emerging market economy. It is our goal to initiate service in Shanghai, with a view to become the leading content provider for this emerging industry throughout China.'
