Rakebreak.com Personalises Service

Online poker information portal RakeBreak.com has re-launched with new personalised services including additional freeroll tournaments, a revamped referral programme and an around-the-clock live chat support team alongside a support forum within a new and easy-to-navigate layout.

The Costa Rican site has also signed partnerships with StoxPoker.com for its range of coaching videos and stated that it values each individual member in order to grow its business.

“We've gone from a ‘rinky dink’ poker addendum site to a multi-lingual international online clubhouse for poker players by paying attention to the needs of each individual member,” said Scott Sims, Head of Communications for RakeBreak.com.

“Our re-launch has allowed us to focus on this even more. We now have live around-the-clock customer support chat online and a support forum to give our members all the assistance they need.

“Too many sites are now offering unreachable bonuses to hoodwink possible members into signing up. This is a very short-term business plan because it wipes out a new player's bankroll.

“We want to help our members by providing them with real bonuses that they can achieve. We want our clients to make more money and continue to stay in the RakeBreak.com family. That's why we offer so many freerolls and the unique StoxPoker.com partnership, the live around-the-clock support and the language team. We don't want players to just feel taken care of, we want players to actually be taken care of.'
