Monday 7th April 2008 Paddy Power’s Billionth Hand Promotion
Online casino PaddyPowerPoker.com has launched its Billionth Hand Promotion, which will see one lucky winner walk away with $50,000 while the other participants in its billionth cash table will share $30,000.
The Irish site stated that players can also win prizes of up to $14,000 by participating in its Countdown and Jackpot hands, which will occur in the lead up to the billionth hand. Countdown hands occur every 200,000 hands, while Jackpot hands take place every 5,000,000 hands in the run-up. The winner of Jackpot hands will also win tickets for various European Championship of Online Poker (ECOOP) II tournaments while the triumphant billionth hand will receive tickets to all ECOOP II tournaments worth $3,420 in addition to the top cash prize.
