Poker up to 40th on Lycos list

Poker remains in the Lycos top 50 search term list for another week after moving up to 40th over the last seven days.

News of the World Series of Poker main event changing its schedule to accommodate television may be the reason behind the rise from 41st the week before.

The card game is now ahead of Eva Longoria, who was right at the top of the list earlier in April, but has now dropped down to 41st after being ninth last week.

NBA has overtaken poker, however, moving up perhaps due to the playoffs coming closer to its finale.

Teenage star Miley Cyrus is at number one, following new set of photographs and suggestions that she could be a billionaire in a few years time.

Popular poker video source YouTube is second, with constant top 50 favourite Clay Aiken in third.

Meanwhile, Pamela Anderson dropped down the list to 11th.
