Thursday 8th May 2008 Microgaming Releases Sure Win And Cashapillar
Isle of Man-based software provider and games developer Microgaming has announced the launch of two new video slot games, Cashapillar and Sure Win.
The first of the new games, Sure Win, is a five-reel and 25 pay-line slot offering players wilds, scatters, multipliers, gamble and free spin features alongside the opportunity to win up to 35,000 in the base game and 140,000 using special bonuses.
Created with a horse racing theme, Sure Win’s leader scoreboard is wild and triples wins on successful combinations while the bookie with the hot tip provides scatter opportunities across reels three, four and five to trigger the free spin feature. This sees players choose from three jockeys and an associated range of spins and multipliers to help players become a winner. Bets can then be quadrupled using the gamble feature where players must pick the correct colour and suit to walk away a big winner.
Microgaming stated that Cashapillar is the biggest video slot game ever launches as it has as many pay-lines as a centipede has legs.
The game features wilds, scatters, free spins, multipliers and gamble opportunities wrapped in a fun insect birthday party theme along with the developer’s new 'stacked wilds' concept across all five reels. Players getting a maximum of five Cashapillar wilds vertically stacked create a win bonanza where wins are doubled every time the wild substitutes to complete it.
The centrepiece of the100 pay-line game is the birthday cake where getting three, four or five sweet symbols triggers 15 free spins with all wins trebled. In addition, if the Cashapillar symbol appears, then players receive a special six-times multiplier as a birthday present.
