A Brooklyn limousine company owner has filed a complaint against the Borgata in Atlantic City for a bad case of body odour. Michael Wax, a 54 years old man who weighs in around 440 pounds, has admitted to not smelling too hot having sat down for a 17 hour stretch at the Borgata, but has shown no hesistation in filing a complaint for his ejection.
According to reports, the player spent over seventeen hours at the tables, which began to prove too much for some of the other players. On hearing their complaints, Wax asked the casino management for a free room to freshen up, which he felt was merited having been gambling hard all day. Not only did the casino refuse, they even escorted Wax out of the poker room. The disgruntled player has filed the complait with the Casino Control Commission, which will be reviewed to see whether any state gambling laws or regulations were violated.
Personally, we think the eviction stinks.
