John Juanda Exclusive Interview In Bluff Europe November Issue

October 31, 2008 (London, UK) The last month saw the mighty come, many fall but one of the best rose to the very top. John Juanda is one of the best known pros in the world, and in his exclusive Bluff Europe interview – November issue – he tells us what its like to win one of the most prestigious tournaments in poker. Bluff Europe covers the event and the epic heads-up battle that brought him into his new role as the King of Europe. Of course, they say you never remember those who come second, but that won't be the case with the runner up in London, Stanislav Alekhin. The young Muscovite is one of a new wave of young stars to come from Russia, including November Nine hopeful Ivan Demidov and 2008 Aussie Millions champ Alexander Kostritsyn. The November issue delves into the Russian Revolution and why Alekhin is a name you certainly won't forget in a hurry. It was a golden month for poker in the English capital, with the EPT London and EPT High Rollers event both coming to 'The Vic' in Central London. The Americans struck back in earnest with Michael Martin and Jason Mercier picking up the two titles, while John Juanda almost completed an improbable double by coming second in the High Rollers tournament. Bluff Europe was on the floor to cover both events, as well as a recap of the previous EPT leg in Barcelona. This month Bluff Europe is announcing their biggest ever online freeroll, in association with DiamondBet, where a staggering $10,000 will be up for grabs. The tournament will take place on Thursday 27th November 2008 at 8pm BST, and readers can find all the details at www.bluffeurope.com/madness.
