Spanish online marketing firm CMedia 2007 SL has announced its acquisition of MediaGambling, one of the globe’s largest free gaming networks with over 500,000 unique users in Spain, France, Italy, Germany and Latin America.
Barcelona-based CMedia stated that MediaGambling was founded in 2002 in Uruguay by Internet entrepreneurs Maximiliano De Muro and Enrique Dubois and now has in excess of 600 representative brands including PokerGratis.es, BingoGratis.es, ComoJugarPoker.com, JuegosDeCasinoGratis.com, JuegoMundo.com and JeuxDePokerGratuit.com.
With the incorporation of MediaGambling, CMedia has become a leader in the Spanish online gambling sector while gaining a strong foothold in other tongues by multiplying its network scope and achieving traffic volumes approaching one million unique monthly users.
“The MediaGambling network acquisition is a response to our company’s objective of becoming a leader in the Spanish gambling world,” said Christian Khoury, Chief Executive Officer for CMedia.
“For this purpose, MediaGambling´s faithful and solid traffic volume will join with CMedia offering us new markets in Spain, France, Italy, Germany and Latin America.”
