Cryptologic reports record profits



The Toronto-based Cryptologic Inc, a developer of online poker software, has posted a 38 percent spike in Q4 profits after an increase in revenues. On earnings of $3-million for its fiscal quarter ending December 31st, overall revenue was up 53 percent to US$13.5-million.

According to the company its new online poker and bingo products now accounted for more than 10 percent of total sales up from just 1% in 2002 boosted by a huge interest in Poker across America after poker TV and tournaments.
