Parlay Entertainment Teams with NetPlay TV to Power Big Box Bingo

LONDON, UK – January 22, 2008 – Parlay Entertainment Inc. (TSXV: PEI), the world’s leading supplier of Internet bingo software, and NetPlay TV plc (AIM:NPT), the interactive TV gaming company, are pleased to jointly announce an agreement to further develop Big Box Bingo, one of NetPlay TV’s core properties.

The multi-phase plan sees Parlay developing an online bingo solution that lets fans of the Big Box Bingo TV show play additional bingo games and a host of slot games online. Additional phases over the coming months will include mobile phone integration, television streaming and the integration of Parlay’s back-end software to power the televised bingo game.

Big Box Bingo launched in July 2007 and became the UK’s first-ever live interactive TV game show. Airing weekly on Sky Channel 847, the show allows viewers to play along with an interactive bingo game from the comfort of their own homes. Big Box Bingo features larger-than-life sets, beautiful models and an enthusiastic host. Players purchase and print cards at BigBoxBingo.com, or they can choose to receive them through the post.

“Our formula of a quality live TV show, big prizes and the ability to mark real bingo cards at home has already proven to be a winning combination,” said Martin Higginson, Chairman and CEO of NetPlay TV. “By combining the flexibility of the Internet with the trusted medium of television, we’ve created a potent new gaming product that players really love.

“It is a natural progression to extend the offering online, allowing our customers to play bingo and other online games any time they please. Our partnership with Parlay will harness the power of Parlay software, as well as Parlay’s considerable experience in the online bingo space. This is the next step in our mission to offer a truly converged gaming experience.”

“Big Box Bingo is one of the most exciting bingo games we’ve ever seen,” said Steve Cook, European Managing Director for Parlay Entertainment. “We’re pleased that NetPlay TV has chosen us to help them further develop the interactive features of the show, including mobile phone and further web integration.”

NetPlay TV plc also produces Live Roulette TV show, also airing on Sky Channel 847 from 12 noon till 4am every day of the week. As part of the agreement, Parlay will also add additional web games to the Live Roulette offering as it migrates to its new domain; www.supercasino.com. The addition of these web games will allow its customers to play a variety of casino games online as well as on the TV.

Parlay Entertainment have successfully integrated and launched online bingo with an impressive list of more than 50 gaming operators worldwide, including tier one media and lifestyle brands.
