For poker players that enjoy a good party at some of the hottest clubs in the world, PokerStars has organised a series of events that will certainly exceed all expectations. As in 2013, this year will see the online poker company play host for exciting nightlife that will span a total of seven countries on three continents. In addition to planned activities, plenty of expertly-mixed cocktails, and tasty food, attendees will also have the opportunity to schmooze with PokerStars staff, members of Team PokerStars, and other VIP players.
What does a person need to do to gain access to the festivities? It’s simple and no cash is involved. VIP players with BronzeStar status and above (all the way to SuperNova) can use their Frequent Player Points to buy a ticket. Each VIP level has a different price, except for SuperNova Elite players who receive entry for free. Each ticket is good for one player an one guest. Additional tickets can be purchased for friends to attend as well.
The structure for the ticket prices is here (in FPPs):
From the PokerStars software, a person can go into the VIP Store area of the Cashier section to find their personal ticket options. After purchasing, the tickets will be delivered in the same way as tournament tickets and the names of the players will be added to the guest list.
The parties will start this spring in Europe, with the first being held in Prague on March 7th. In addition to the European parties, this year will also feature an as-yet-undetermined party in a South American city in November – possibly at legendary cities like Rio de Janeiro or Buenos Aries.
The full schedule is as follows:
The exact bars and clubs have yet to be announced, but will likely appear soon for the spring dates.
The 2014 VIP Club parties are certain to be epic events and guest lists are quickly filling up, so interested players should make their reservations quickly. If last year’s parties serve as any example, a great time will be had by all.
