If there is one quality of “PostFlopAction” that has really stood out this year, it has certainly been the way he takes defeat in his stride and works harder in reply to try and win back his losses without letting any type of emotions get in his way.

He did it again yesterday, claiming back most of the $400k he lost on Wednesday with a score of $344k. He was this time playing at the $200/$400 Pot Limit Omaha tables playing specifically heads up, instead of at the mixed game tables.

His main opponent on those tables was “Johnbest”, with the pair having two separate sessions throughout the day with “PostFlopAction” coming out on top in both for a combined profit of $280k.

During these session between the two, we saw some big pots too, with the biggest actually being one by his opponent. “Johnbest” and his pocket aces doing enough to miss all of the draws of his opponent to take down the $216,8k pot.

“PostFlopAction” won a big one himself though as he makes a two pair to claim the pot off $193.4k. Making it two out of the three largest pots won was the only victory for “Johnbest” as he took down the third highest of $189.6k makes a flush on the river.

Big Guns Making Big Scores!

There are not too many names bigger in the poker industry these days than Phil ”Polarizing” Ivey and Tom “Durrrr” Dwan, especially down to the TV appearances that they make. Well, they haven’t had a good time of it online in the last few months, especially Dwan, yet yesterday they both a good score each, with Ivey securing profits of $218k and Dwan $203k.

It remains to be seen if these two can really start to recapture the form of a few years ago when they used to tear up the tables at Full Tilt Poker. The signs from yesterday point towards that as a good possibility.

PokerStars also saw a few big winners, with “RaulGonzalez” and “calvin7v” scooping $115.8k and $115.4k respectively. The former’s was at the $100/$200 no limit holdem tables whilst the latter’s was at the $200/$400 pot limit Omaha tables.

The Day’s Biggest Profits!

PostFlopAction – (+$344.6k)

Polarizing – (+$217k)

durrrr – (+$203.9k)

RaulGonzalez (+$115.8k)
