RLOG Goes Top In The UK And Ireland Poker Rankings!

We have yet another number one, with positions swapping and changing regularly the new guy at the top is none other than Scotland’s Ross “RLOG” Loggie.

It was only a few weeks back that we heard how Loggie claimed that he and fellow Scot and poker player David Vamplew, would regularly poke fun at each other regarding the rankings, with Loggie admitting that of course he would love to be the number one player in the world.

Well, though he has not quite made that achievement as of yet on the world stage and is ranked in highest ever position of 24th place, he has at least made it to the number one ranked player in the UK and Ireland.

Loggie achieved his latest push up the table with some excellent results online last week; he took home a number of four figure scores. He had made five final tables and managed to win two of them. His most significant victory came on PokerStars, where he won a $44 buy-in $15k guaranteed tournament, taking home a very healthy $4,309.28.

All in all he mustered over $12k in a week and actually pushed his career earnings up over the $1 million mark. His total winnings now stand at a magical $1,038,380.26.

Another Scot Hot On His Tail

Fellow Scot Kevin Howe who goes by the tag name of “scarface2911” is trailing in second but only by a miniscule 20 points, Howe has yet to become the number one ranked player in the UK and Ireland and will know that the next few weeks will represent his best chance to finally achieve it.

However it is not just Howe that Loggie has to worry about. The entire top 30 will be determined to try and win back their bankrolls. Most of these guys went to the WSOP and every one of them had a poor series, they have all lost chunks of their bankrolls so will be more determined than ever during the next few weeks.

The Top Ten Currently Stands:

1. Ross Loggie (RLOG) 5673.35

Or will we see yet another new face making the number one spot their own? One thing is for sure is that we will keep you fully updated on the movers and shakers each week.
