Phil Ivey’s new website “IveyPoker.com” which is being aimed at offering players training in all aspects of poker playing may not yet be online as of yet, but that hasn’t stopped him recruiting what seems to be an unbelievable ensemble of poker talent to it.
There are now 29 poker pros on Team Ivey in total with names such as Greg Merson, Patrik Antonius, Dan Shak, Jennifer Harman, Christian Harder, Dan Smith, Andrew Lichtenberger and Ronnie Bardah.
There has still not been an official date released on just when “IveyPoker” will open its doors to the many wannabe poker students out there, yet with this next addition we are pretty sure that there might just be a few more players signing up to the site.
A Bit About Lindley!
The latest of these is Christina Lindley, the former model/actress and now full time poker professional. She has not been in the game as long as many of the other TeamIvey members but has already taken home career earnings of more than a million.
These include a nice score of $32,871 during the 2012 WSOP Main Event, an online title in the ever popular PokerStars World Championship Of Online Poker for nearly $130,000 and a runner up finish in an Full Tilt FTOPS event that brought her another $106,000.
Many players underestimate just how good she can be at poker, however don’t let her stunning looks fool you, as there is certainly more to her than beauty. We should only expect even more success in the future now too, especially with the crowd of players around her at the new site. The experience and pure talent will surely rub off on her.
She initially started out as a model, with her gracing such magazines as Maxim and the notorious Playboy. This led to her gaining notoriety, with her next ambition being acting. She picked up roles in movies such as “The Marine” and the hugely popular and immensely funny “Big Momma’s House 2”.
She has since stated her delight in being chosen to not only represent the site but also to share her very own experiences, tips and advice for the many millions of us that need them at the poker table.
We will let you know as soon as we do when they announce the grand opening of the poker training website IveyPoker, with us already looking forward to seeing just what they will have on offer for the large amount of students we are sure that will be waiting in line to register.
