This Week In Poker!

With last week all done and dusted, we are back to Monday. So we are going to take a little look at what tournaments are coming our way for the week in poker.

WPT Grand Prix de Paris

The big one is definitely going to be the 2012 World Poker Tour Grand Prix de Paris which has actually started today and will run through until the 17th. The main event will be the one to look out for, it is a 7,500 Euro buy-in NLHE event that will include re-entries and have the final table broadcast live on television.

There will also be a high roller event to look forward to at the WPT Grand Prix de Paris, a 15,000 Euro buy-in to be started after the completion of the Main Event, and will run until the 17th.

2012 Commerce Hold’Em Series

Having been running since the 29th of August, this event will be coming to a close on the 16th of September. It would have held 19 poker events by then with the biggest one this week being the $2,080 NLHE Championship event.

2012 Borgata Poker Open

This event has actually already been going for five days but will finish on the 21st of September. There are in total 21 different poker events taking place. The Main Event is a $3,500 which is due to start on the 16th, whilst there are also other headlining events such as the $2,150 NLHE heads up event and the $1,500 NLHE re-entry event.

2012 World Series Of Poker Circuit Horseshoe Bossier City

The next stop on the WSOP circuit is to be found in Louisiana on the 13th of September and is set to carry on until the 24th. There will be a total of 12 events with the main attraction being a $580 NLHE event.

2012 Second Annual Kick Off Poker Classic

This event is being hosted at the infamous Caesars Palace Casino in Las Vegas and is one week away from completion after starting on the 31st August. It will run on until the 17th September after which it will have held 36 events in total. This week there is going to be the $560 NLHE Championship event starting on the 15th and finishing on the 17th.

Those are the major poker tournaments for us all to look forward to this coming week, and of course we will be keeping our eyes on each of them.
